These three, newly-built adjoining cottages are located just 200 metres from the shores of Bosham creek on the Chichester Harbour. There are two, two bedroom and one, one bedroom cottages, accommodating four and two people respectively. Each has been fully furnished to a high standard and is comprehensively equipped with leather sofas, flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and WiFi. The kitchens are fitted with a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The bedrooms have ample storage and a digital clock-radio-cd player. The bathrooms are fully fitted and have a mains pressure shower above the bath. In the rear landscaped garden, each cottage has a patio sitting area with access to the communal BBQ and pergola covered dining area and a summer house with adjoining drying room. To have respect for other visitors, these cottages have been designated non-smoking and we regret that we do not take pets.

The Cottage Have A delightful airy room with a large comfortable double bed, furnished with antiques and with plantation shutters leading out onto the private balcony overlooking the garden, perfect for viewing the stars. It has an en-suite bathroom with large shower.

Built into a huge sweet chestnut tree on the edge of a wood, a substantial staircase leads you up to the luxurious accommodation. This is a thatched room with a double bed set between the tree branches and looking out through large glass doors to the tree tops. It has an en-suite shower room bathed in light from the glass roof and covered with hand made mosaic tiles. A large balcony with swing seats makes for a very special experience.
All rooms have double beds with fine cotton sheets, tea and coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits, TV. And a hairdryer. The en-suite bath/shower rooms have soft fluffy towels and hand made soaps.
