Playa El Agua Country Club is a small recently built complex of ten luxurious, privately owned town houses overlooking the Caribbean sea, set in a luscious tropical landscape, located only minutes away from the fabulous Beach of Playa El Agua. This executive three bedroom, two bathroom Villa, which sleeps six in comfort is set on two floors. Fitted with a full air-conditioning system it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with furniture designed for the tropics. Situated in a peaceful gated palm tree fringed community The Playa El Agua Country Club benefits from various amenities to include well maintained gardens and pathways, a large pool with private sun loungers and a purpose built outside grill barbeque area to enable you to enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle to its full extent. Although within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach the Villa has private secure parking with an allotted parking place upon entering the complex. If needed, car hire is available locally a short distance away. On the ground floor there is an open plan fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with cooker/oven, extractor hood, washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, and all the usual small electrical equipment you would expect to find. The kitchen leads through to the dining area which in turn leads through to the sitting room with television, radio/CD player. To the rear of the house is a third double bedroom and a shower room with toilet and washbasin. To the front of the house is a private shaded patio area which may be used for outside casual dining. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage, a full en-suite bathroom with bath and a private terrace accessed by patio doors. The second bedroom also boasts a private balcony accessed by sliding patio doors overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has a desk and phone socket where a computer can be plugged in, offering WiFi broadband internet access. We have a house manager who will arrange transport from the airport, (which is about a 40 minutes drive away) if required, or if you prefer we can recommend a car hire company. Alternatively, taxis are easily available and there are frequent buses along the coast. The House Manager can also arrange to buy in food to start you off, and generally help you during your stay. He will recommend restaurants and make your bookings for you.

Our 2nd floor apartment has two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, and will sleep 5 people. There are exceptional views of either the sea or the mountains from all windows. The apartment is supplied with bed linens and towels and has a fully equipped kitchenette. Hot and cold water is available all day (unlike many apartments which experience water restrictions especially during high season). For an additional cost we can supply bicycles so you can explore at leisure the surrounding countryside. The apartment complex is small and discreet with a private swimming pool, tropical gardens and parking area. From the pool area you cross directly onto Playa El Cardon, a quiet beach with golden sands and clear warm water. Further along the beach you will find bars restaurants, the fish market and a variety of shops. All the major tourist attractions are easily reached by public transport, taxi or hire car. We can arrange an airport collection/drop-off service for you if required.
