At one end of the room is a wooden dining table with seating for six. Up lighters and wall lamps create a very cosy atmosphere. Off the sitting room is the large kitchen, with designer units, sleek granite worktops and Belfast sink. It is fully equipped and has a double Stoves electric oven, separate gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, microwave and the usual toaster, kettle etc. The twin bedroom has tall windows looking to the front, making it light and bright. Ample storage space is available in the large fitted wardrobes. There is a further bedroom at the front of the property with bunk beds, hanging space and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom, at the back of the property, also with bunk beds, has an in-built wardrobe with generous shelves. It also hosts a computer desk with chair and ready-to-use internet connection. The large luxury bathroom offers a deep roll top bath, double walk-in shower, sink and wc with slate tiling to floor and walls. There is a heated towel rail in addition to under floor heating.

Gruinyards is a unique holiday apartment on the third floor of the old Monastery within the historic Abbey at Fort Augustus on the tip of Loch Ness. After the birth of twins, Scott & Iona, very prematurely in 2002, Louise took a career break to concentrate on her new family and to help on the farm. Located only 6 miles from Stirling in central Scotland, and conveniently located for many visitor areas, Corshill offers self-catering accommodation within what was originally a blacksmith's cottage, dating back to 1810, Corshill Cottage has been carefully extended to provide relaxed, spacious and comfortable accommodation for 8 people (+ child). It stands amidst a large, well-planned charming garden, which it shares with the Smiddy and Stables apartments. The accommodation can be let individually or fully/partly together.
