Both Master suites feature King Size beds, as does the Front bedroom. The 4th Bedroom has Queen and Double Size bed, so it should not be necessary to use the sofa bed to accommodate your party. There is a games room featuring a slate based AMF pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board and X-Box 360 for your family to have a gala time. Our villa also offers loads of games for kids to enjoy their vacations. The solar heated pool is south faces and looks out to wooded preserve, so you are not overlooked by any neighbours. The patio has recently been extended and now runs to the back of the house, giving an extra 20 ft. x 8 ft. of space and with 2 additional loungers to sunbathe on. In the cooler months additional electric pool heating is available to ensure the pool heats quicker in the mornings, with discounts available for Spring and Autumn. There is a gas barbecue, now situated on our patio extension, so that you can grill your favorite food in the evening to enjoy on the patio. Whilst at the rear of the house, the 2nd screened patio catches the early sun, making it a favourite place for breakfast, or an alternative place to dine alfresco, away from the pool area and being just off the kitchen, it is easy to restock supplies. We have a no smoking policy the villa, but with the 2 patios close to hand this usually does not cause a problem. Golf enthusiasts, staying at our Orlando villa will be delighted by the easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities at the numerous nearby golf courses. The shopping centers’ are within easy access for you to stock up on supplies or buy your vacation souvenirs.
