Flagstaff is a gorgeous exclusive Port Douglas Holiday property designed over two levels with large balconies. This ensures you have maximum enjoyment of the fantastic views of Port Douglas and the surrounding mountainous range.

This luxury elevated home is in a prime position on Port's headland, which means you can easily walk to the cosmopolitan main street, fabulous restaurants, cafes or even the Courthouse Hotel for an afternoon cocktail whilst watching the sunset over Dickson Inlet. The Marina where all the Great Barrier Reef tours depart, is also within walking distance and Four Mile Beach is no more than a short stroll from your Port Douglas Holiday Accommodation. Flagstaff features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, en-suite to master bedroom and all other bedrooms with separate w/c.

There is fully self contained kitchen with granite and timber bench tops and Mile appliances, you can cook up a fresh gourmet local seafood dinner for everyone or enjoy a relaxed BBQ, there is even a deep fryer should you wish to make your own version of fresh fish n chips. The property enjoys extensive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, with secluded pool, waterfall, spa and tropical gardens. Airport Information

Port Douglas is located 1 ½ hours drive north of Cairns.

Rental cars are available at both Cairns Domestic and International Airports however, we do recommend that you book these in advance.

If you are not going to be renting a car, airport transfers are required. Please contact us via email on holidays@c21portdouglas.com.au or on +617 4099 4099 to book your transfers.

Please note the distance between Cairns and Port Douglas does not allow for a taxi transfer.

	Payment Policy: Five night minimum stay applies. Rates displayed in Australian Dollars. To secure a booking, a 20% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking request. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment via credit card can be made with Mastercard or Visa. Please note Amex and Diners Club are not accepted. Payments made via credit card incur a 1.76% fee for domestic cards and 2.76% fee for international cards. Payment via direct deposit is encouraged. Bank account details are provided upon booking.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to the commencement of your booking will have deposits refunded. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the commencement of booking, the deposit will be forfeited if the property cannot be relet for the reserved time. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking date, there will be no refund. To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds cannot be made to credit cards. A cheque may be issued or funds can be direct deposited into an account less all credit card fees and a $25.00 administration fee. A charge will occur to overseas accounts.
	Rules: Five night minimum stay applies. Rates are subject to change without notice. The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number booked. Very strict fire laws in Australia determine the maximum number of people allowed in a property. We appreciate that the property will be returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. At all Century 21 properties, we hold your credit card as security in the event there is any damage or excessive cleaning required in the property. The fee for excess cleaning if required is $650.00. Breakages or damage not caused by normal "wear and tear" will be charged to your credit card if necessary. These details are requested to be provided as security for the property in the event of damages, breakages and excess cleaning. Entry to the property is not permitted until your credit card details have been provided to us. No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure. Century 21 At Port (Port Douglas) does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for error omissions, default or negligence represented on our website. Century 21 At Port (Port Douglas) does not accept liability for changes made due to renovation, alteration and refurbishing of individual properties.
