LARGS HOLIDAY APARTMENT RENTAL DESCRIPTION The property comprises several fully furnished apartments (flats) each with their own lounge, kitchen, bathroom, hall, and bedroom which either has a double OR twin beds. The apartments are within a traditional Scottish small tenement building dating from 1860 and positioned within a couple of hundred metres of the town centre and all amenities. A large Free car park is 50m away, and the town centre is a level 2 minute walk.

The lovely old seaside town of Largs is only 25 miles from Glasgow (GLA) Airport and 21 miles from Glasgow (PIK) International airport, and it has its own train station. Also within a 2 minute walk is the local library where you can obtain free use of internet attached computers to keep in contact with you family, friends, or business back home.

We pride ourselves in providing very clean, good quality accommodation at a reasonable price. We have been in business now for 7 years and have many guests who return regularly from all over Europe, Canada, Australia, and of course, the USA.

Young children love Kelburn Country Park’s Secret Forest with its small castles, prison, crocodile pit, adventure course, pony trekking and paddock rides. We have 2 golf courses, a large yacht marina, a sailing club, 2-mile long esplanade, Viking Experience exhibition, indoor swimming pool, 2 fitness gyms, 2 putting greens, 3 bowling greens, 2 public parks, skateboard park, 3 toddlers playparks, a toddlers fairground, 3 Trout fisheries,. Excellent restaurants, lounge bars, cafes, and traditional Scottish pubs. There’s a new Medical Centre, and 9 different churches. Excellent public transport and our railway station allows easy trips to Glasgow, and Ayr. Coach tour operators take visitors to almost every part of Scotland. Hillwalkers are well rewarded with spectacular views of the nearby islands. You could learn to windsurf or sail a dinghy or canoe on the nearby island of Cumbrae. The PS Waverley, the world’s last ocean-going paddle steamer, sails regularly in summer seaso.
