Because Petes Farmstay is only 25 minutes from Christchurch airport or city you can take day trips going to Arthur's Pass, Akaroa, Whale Watching at Kaikoura, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, the Antarctic Centre, Mount Cook and all the ski fields. Children and groups welcome.
Enjoy our panoramic views of the mountains and countryside from all rooms in our new home and cottage which is 4 star qualmark. Dinner on Request: Gaye uses Home grown all natural produce to make genuine New Zealand meals, enjoy with a NZ beer or wine.
Pete and Gaye have hosted farm tours for the last 10 years, so when they built their new house they decided to do farm stays. Our new & modern home can accommodate up to 9 people. There is 3 big bedrooms with your own private bathroom and toilet. Every room has a great view of the mountains and countryside.Cottage is 2 bedroom ,can sleep up to 6.fully equipped kitchen.(children welcome).
