John & Julie would like to welcome you to the Exton House, our small, friendly, family run guest house located in a quieter area of Torquay, the beach, town, Riviera Centre and other amenities are only a short walk away.This is a guest house where you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere suitable for families and couples alike. Children are very welcome. We provide cots, highchairs and baby baths free of charge. Infants up to two years stay free, children under 12 stay half price. A hearty breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and of course our Full English or something a little lighter from the cooked menu is all included in the price! We can cater for vegetarians or other special dietary requirements with prior notice. Our three course evening meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients (where possible), please inform us if evening meals are required when booking. Our residents bar offers a range of reasonably priced beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks, relax in the lounge with a book or surf the web, check your emails on our guest computer at no extra cost. We have a car park at the back of the guest house, if you are using public transport please inform us as we can offer a courtesy pick up from Torquay Rail/Coach Station.

The Farm House (10 - 16 people) is a luxury appointed five double bedroom, three bathroom house with a large enclosed garden, outside hot tub, double garage and magnificent views from most of the principle rooms, conservatory and expansive patio. The house is extremely well equipped, boasting a 40 inch flat screen television with sky, DVD and Stereo player, washing machine, dishwasher, AGA and a study area with a broadband connection. There is also a connecting door to Oaktree Cottage to accommodate larger parties.
